Backstory: I built the initial version of this app in less than 6 hours for one of my best friends who's a teacher to help him choose students at random to call on in his class.

It's bug squashing time:
1. When you're changing a name, the app will now prefill the input with the current name
2. Keyboard doesn't stay open anymore if you tab between list pages

5. Disabled Android Oreo autofill on name/item addition, since it's often times not helpful

- Added choose button to presentation page
- To better support raffles where people can have multiple tickets (a very popular use of Random Name Picker), multiple instances of names are now compressed to make these lists shorter and easier to navigate. So if your list has "Bill" 5 times, it will show up as "Bill (5)" instead of 5 individual rows. To go along with this update, I have also added the ability to delete and rename multiple names at once, so you don't need to spend forever deleting/renaming the same name over and over. Enjoy.
